Una bocciatura che non pu\u00f2 essere ignorata.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Le aziende di trasporto pubblico, che ogni giorno garantiscono servizi essenziali su tutto il territorio regionale, hanno sollevato critiche puntuali e legittime: mancanza di confronto, rischio di tagli alle linee, assenza di fondi aggiuntivi e una governance centralistica che ignora le esigenze dei territori.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Non si pu\u00f2 parlare di riforma se non si parte dal basso, ascoltando chi il trasporto lo gestisce ogni giorno, e se non si riconosce che la mobilit\u00e0 \u00e8 un diritto fondamentale, sancito dalle normative europee come il Regolamento UE 2024\/1679, che impone agli Stati membri di garantire accessibilit\u00e0, equit\u00e0 territoriale e intermodalit\u00e0.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Serve un vero cambio di passo: la Regione apra un confronto serio e trasparente con le aziende e i territori, abbandonando ogni logica calata dall\u2019alto.
